These are a special edition I've been working on. Specs are:
Alchemy Elf and Orc hubs
Hed C2 Belgium Series rims (tubular or clincher)
Sapim CX-Ray spokes with Sapim CX-Speed spokes for the rear, drive side
alloy nipples
20/24 spokes
around 1400g (pictured pair weighs 1398g)
I am a firm believer in using stronger spokes for the right rear. Because you need to make room for a cassette, it's harder for the spokes to support the loads on a rear wheel. Not only did I choose Alchemy hubs for optimized flange spacing, I chose stronger spokes (Sapim CX-Speed are made from 2.0/1.8/2.0mm spokes). All in all, you get the best alloy clincher/tubular wheels, period. This limited edition is only available in this spoke count. Ask me if these wheels are right for you.
